All products are has lead time unless "in stock" stated. If we fail to allocate the goods for the customer, the relevant payment will be refunded.

After the customer creates the order, a notification email will be sent to the customer about the details of the order.

If the customer chooses payment with bank transfer, please complete the payment within 2 days after the order is created, and please upload the transferred bank receipt or payment screenshot to us. If no payment receipt has been uploaded, the computer system will automatically cancel the order without notice.

Payment amount should be matched with the invoice amount. Our shop has no liability for the handling fees incurred by customers during the payment process.

Goods are sent directly with the selected courier which are generally shipped with the lead time when customer entering the order. We will ensure the integrity and safety of the package before shipping. If the goods are damaged or lost due to the logistics company during the delivery, we will assist the customer to recover from the third-party logistics company, but we will not make any compensation.
